1. About BuySellCarParts

BuySellCarParts (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Web Artisans Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 15 679 067 059). We provide an online marketplace where sellers can list car parts and buyers can browse listings and contact sellers. We operate as a platform only. We are not a party to any sale, inspection, payment for parts, delivery, or dispute between buyers and sellers.

2. Who these terms apply to

By using BuySellCarParts — including browsing, creating an account, listing parts, or unlocking seller contact details — you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Accounts and seller listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their account details, listings, photos, fitment information, pricing, and contact details. Listings must be for genuine car parts you are entitled to sell. You must keep your contact details up to date.

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict access if we reasonably believe content is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

4. Contact unlocks

Some seller contact details are hidden until a buyer pays a small unlock fee. Paying the unlock fee purchases access to the seller’s listed contact details for that listing (for example phone number, and street address where the seller has chosen to share it).

The unlock fee is for access to those listed details only. It is not payment for the part, a deposit, escrow, brokerage, or a guarantee that:

• the seller will answer, reply, or complete a sale
• the part is still available, as described, or suitable for your vehicle
• the contact details are correct, current, or reachable at the time you use them

After unlock, arranging inspection, negotiation, payment for the part, collection, or delivery is solely between buyer and seller.

5. Refunds for unlocks

Unlock fees are generally non-refundable once contact details have been revealed or emailed to you. We may consider a refund in limited cases of clear platform error (for example a successful payment where unlock details were never delivered due to a system fault).

Dissatisfaction with a seller’s response, part condition, price, or availability is not grounds for an unlock refund.

6. Acceptable use of contact details

Contact details obtained through BuySellCarParts may only be used to enquire about the relevant listing. You must not use them for spam, harassment, scams, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful purpose. Sellers must not provide contact details they are not authorised to share.

7. Payments

Unlock payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing.

8. Platform availability and changes

We aim to keep BuySellCarParts available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, fees, and these terms may change from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between buyers and sellers, reliance on listing content, or use of unlocked contact details. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot lawfully waive under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises about the platform itself, the courts of Australia will have jurisdiction.
